Havnt really been up to much  went to a bonfire with friends
Sam has been keeping a close eye on me and has got another person involved called Jamie their really nice though

went to see my psycologist shes sending me for a medical check up

iv just been on a 3day binge and purge i feel so bad :( i hate myself :@

well i got down to 7st9 then i binged when i went to Katherines wedding im such a fat arse had a great time their The next day i binged again

Iv got two new puppies Jack and Rambo. Went to see parnomal activity two its well scary. Took my nephew jake to this play place its pretty fun lol

And im going to be a bridesmade for auntie saras wedding :)

18th October

7st11 weight loss is really slow its annoying i guess i have had a couple of b/p and have been eating way toooo much. I need to be strong and incontrol

Saw lorna she thinking about putting me inpationt the dickhead

My dad let me drive on the motorway i cant wait to pass my test xxx

Only just got down to 8st i did gain weight then lost it agian this is why its taking me soooo fucking long to loose weight i used to be sooo strong i could not eat for days then not binge but now im soooo fucking greeedy im a fat girl.

I have to see lorna my psycologist tommorrow im dreading it

My friend asked me if i had a eating disorder yesterday i said no i could never tell my friends about my ed

And now college knows about my ed GREAT but the women sam was pretty nice to me but she wants me to go sit in her office some dinnners im not going to lol

and she wants to set me up with a councler :-/

Todays been really boring had sociology then just been at home took zeuc my dog on two walks

OMG i nearly died in disapointment in myself today Kate made me a salad but it was soooo unhealthy and i ate soooo much i purged it all but i bet i have still gained weight gaaah im sooo greedy :(

Didnt really eat much at Grandmar Gwens ThankGod!!!

Im really obsessed with weighing and measuring myself i do it about 50x a day

I quite like college and work

iv lost 2 pound lost the second one i a day :)

I really like Mikey but i dont think he likes me

Well i lost that pound i gained but im not loosing weight but my bodys getting a bit smaller in measurments

I bought this exercise dvd for my wii :) its pretty good!

Nothings really been happing in life of to sleep at my Grandmar Gwens tonight hope she dosnt feed me lodes

Great iv gained a pound!!!!

as i was doing so well havnt really done much been to annettes party it was shit

Went to pizzaHut with my mum and some family i was greedy and ate too much this is probley were i gained the pound

Been to work and i cba with college thats about it xxxx

i need to be 8st by the end of the week

i still like college made some more friends :) im back down to 8st3 from my heighest weight 8st9

my psycologist noticed i lost weight which isnt a good thing

i wish i was at my lowest weight 6st5 :) i was more happy then

but fucking bulimia kicked in i hate it

Well iv lost 4lb but its taken me 10 days to loose it which is really shit :-/

Well i started college i quite like it i met this boy called Mikey hes really cute and i like him lol

i went to squash and got really pissed out of my head so i got kicked out i look terriable on the photos heres one lol

Hmmm......1st day of the month isnt so bad i met some friend on a field
then one of my good mates Sophie Johnson came in the hottub with my oh and her twin sister who i dont really like.

I was such a fatbitch i went to her house to sleep and i had a hotchocolate and a slice of chocolate cake weight gain for deffo
